“Samantha is a really friendly tutor, my daughter felt very comfortable with her. She loved her structured teaching approach with some warm up exercises followed by some singing of her choice. She explains the theory behind all the warm up exercises and why it is so important. I would highly recommend her.”
– Khushvinder

Sammy says: “I thrive on seeing my students develop in confidence in both vocal style and as a performer. I really encourage students to set and reach their goals. I am a highly enthusiastic teacher and love seeing my students develop, watching them grow from their first lesson with me is a wonderful feeling”

“I know what it’s like to start out from the very beginning, not having any knowledge or vocal training and being able to gain that experience is vital for any performer. I hope I can guide each student on their musical journey, whether they are wanting to do it as a hobby or to help build confidence and take it to the next level of singing professionally. I can meet your very needs so if you do have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me”

Jack

I am a seasoned vocalist, performer, and multi-instrumentalist with a wealth of experience across a wide range of musical genres. With years of professional performance under my belt, I bring a deep understanding of the technical and expressive aspects of singing. My approach as a teacher is to create an encouraging, structured environment where students feel comfortable exploring and developing their unique voices, no matter their starting point.

As a vocal instructor, I emphasize foundational techniques, vocal health, and sustainable practices to ensure students grow with care and longevity. For beginners, especially those exploring singing as a new hobby, I provide a gentle, step-by-step approach, focusing on core skills like breath control, pitch accuracy, and vocal relaxation. I aim to make the learning process enjoyable and accessible, so new singers feel confident and at ease as they progress.

A core part of my teaching is guiding students to achieve greater ease in their singing. Through tailored exercises, I help them release tension and find a natural, comfortable vocal production, allowing for freer expression and improved vocal control.

Drawing from my own performance background, I also introduce students to aspects like stage presence, emotional expression, and musical interpretation, giving them practical tools they can build on at their own pace.

Whether a student’s goal is to enjoy singing casually or to pursue it further, I am dedicated to nurturing each individual’s growth and helping them discover the joy of their own voice. To book your first lesson with Jack simply email jack@singinglessonsbristol.co.uk.

Emma

Emma is an international performer and voice coach. Her love for singing and all things stage began at a very young age and has only increased with her age.

She takes a unique approach to teaching and instead of focusing on the things that "need fixing" in her students voices, she focuses on the things in the voice that are already working and helps to amplify these qualities. She has found that doing this is very empowering for her students and it makes the issues that they come with easier to improve. Her main area of expertise are found within vocal tract shaping and resonance. Working with these things allows her to help you discover the magic that is already in your voice so you can build trust and confidence in your own unique vocal qualities.

Emma likes to work holistically and teaches her students that singing is a full body experience so she will teach you how to find the correct posture and how to use your body to support your tiny vocal cords.

Most of all, Emma believes in having fun in her lessons and connecting with her students. She values everyone's uniqueness and finds so much joy in boosting confidence so that you can sing in the way that you have always wanted. To book your first lesson with Emma simply email emma@singinglessonsbristol.co.uk.
